Four Point Probe

The Automatic Four Point Probe system (AFPP) by MSR/Superior Electronics automatically measures and displays Epi, Slice, and thin-film resistivity or Sheet resistance in production environments.

The MSR/SE-AFPP is a radial profiling system that provides center reading, 1 or 2 readings, ASTM five point and nine point, SEMI five and nine point, or user defined planar or polar coordinate mapping.
