Facility Supervisor. Omid brings many years of industrial experience as a Sr. Engineer working for Motorola, Burr Brown, and Texas Instruments before joining the Micro/Nano Fab Center. He has authored a number of papers in plasma etch & clean and has pending patents.

Gregg Cure | gcure@ece.arizona.edu
Maintenance Supervisor. Gregg brings 25 years industry experience. Before joining the Micro/Nano Fab Center, he was site coordinator for SpeedFam-IPEC for both domestic and Southeast Asia operations. He is an avid scuba-diver and vacuum tube audiophile. Gregg is pursuing his degree in Electrical Engineering.
