Omid Mahdavi |

Facility Manager. Omid has a solid research and manufacturing experience as a former Sr. technical contributor for Motorola, Burr Brown, and Texas Instruments prior to joining the Center as a Manager. He has been a consultant to industry on processing & quality improvements. He has authored/co-authored a number of publications and patents in semiconductor processing and nanofabrication.

Steve Orozco |

Research Engineer. Steve operates and maintains most of the Center's equipment with special expertise in dicing. He has a solid processing background and assists clients with their complex processing needs. He is also in charge of the operation and maintenance of our UHP water and waste treatement facilities. Steve has a degree in Electrical Engineering and is pursuing a master's degree in Optics at the University of Arizona.

Gregg Cure |

Maintenance Supervisor. Recipient of the 2009 Staff Excellence award. Gregg brings 25 years of industry experience. Before joining the Center, he was the site coordinator for SpeedFam-IPEC for both domestic and Southeast Asia operations. He is an avid scuba-diver and vacuum tube audiophile.

Peter Munz |

Process Intern. Peter has a masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona. He has prior industrial experience working for Siemens in Europe. He supports the Center with process improvement, maintenance, and mechanical design.
