Facility Supervisor. Omid brings many years of industrial experience as a Sr. Engineer working for Motorola, Burr Brown, and Texas Instruments before joining the Micro/Nano Fab Center. He has authored a number of papers in plasma etch & clean and has pending patents.

Gregg Cure | gcure@ece.arizona.edu
Maintenance Technician. Gregg brings 25 years industry experience. Before joining the Micro/Nano Fab Center, he was site coordinator for SpeedFam-IPEC for both domestic and Southeast Asia operations. He is an avid scuba-diver and vacuum tube audiophile. Gregg is pursuing his degree in Electrical Engineering.

Administrative Assistant. She is entering her 8th year with the University of Arizona, beginning her career as an Office Specialist, Sr. with the Athletics Department and the Main Library. Pat is currrently pursuing a BA in Communication.

Student Assistant. MC is pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Arizona. He is an expert on CORAL and has been working tirelessly on automating tool access and usage tracking.

Sr. Student Assistant. Steve is pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Arizona. He has expertise operating most of the equipment at the Micro/Nano Fabrication Center with a specialty in cutting wafers and substrates.
